URL: https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/Vulcan-schedule-ig/ip-administration.html#ip-administration-at-site-under-hcp-health-care-provider-supervision-no-changes Comment: It is difficult to discern the MedicationRequest linear line across all visits. Do they correspond to each planned MedicationAdministration was taken outside of this? If done in coordination with MedicationAdministration, then there should be correlations to each occurrence. If not, then they should have their lines to distinct MedicationAdministration. It's not the repeats but the visible lines going from MedicationRequest to the MedicationAdministration. Also, even if something is repeated, it could have been dispensed by some facilitating actor (e.g., trial team member) in an organization (e.g., hospital pharmacy)

Legend to this example revised to include expanded explanation w.r.t the use of numberOfRepeatsAllowed

Some general concepts may or may not align with this fictitious illustration. However, I think we need to get broader feedback to determine this. Also, I added a f/up comment here https://github.com/HL7/Vulcan-schedule-ig/issues

These diagrams were created to explore what possible eHR records - exposed as FHIR resources - might result from different medication scenarios, it was not intended per se to identifying where scheduled IP administration records might appear in the eHR record. I have explained this in the extended text added to the ip-administration page, however, perhaps these figures should be removed and a 'realistic' IPA schedule developed together an example of the planned adminstration schedule and timings.
