StudyProtocolSoA action.timing to represent visit windows #32

While looking at StudyProtocolSoa and StudyVisitSoa I will assume that one would add a StudyVisitSoa as an action to StudyProtocolSoa . Each action has the capability of defining timing (Age, Duration, Range, Timing) These timing could capture the StudyVisitSoa Visit Window definitions.

Use of action.relatedAction offers relational information between contained actions (StudyVisitSoa) .

The same principles would apply to the actions contained within StudyVisitSoa (action)
