Unrendered HTML and markdown in Artifacts Overview page #3

There is some unrendered HTML (ul, p, li) and markdown (third level bolding, if I understand correctly, ###, and bullets *) in the Artifacts Overview page.

a) This is a known bug that is fixed with the next version of the IG Publisher b) Raising issues like this should be done on our JIRA: http://hl7.org/fhir-issues
