Fix entry index in bundle-drugx-epiType1.fsh #91

This fixes the build error that is caused by the Organization being the first entry in the example Bundle.

@adamzkover , @gcangioli By the way, the TSC approved the IG for publishing. Is it ok for us to make this final change before they create the publication package? Or should we wait until have publication and issue a minor update?

Check with Lynn if there is there is time for this technical fix. (specify that is a technical fix in one example)
