I found another conflict between ePI and my UNICOM spec (or real life, too).
.contact element is optional for ePI Organization, but if it is present it must always contain .address.
I think it is possible that not all organisations would publish their physical address in all situations ePI spec is used, and in case of having several contacts, not all would need to have .address filled in.
