RegulatedAuthorization type and status optional #97

I am not sure RegulatedAuthorization is meaningful without .type and .status filled in. But we can assume it's marketing authorisation by default and they are allowed to be filled in, so I think it's not a blocker for anyone. Just something that I noticed.

Correct. They should be required.
