The publisher should identify, for logical models, which profile(s) implement it. There's a task to define how that link is specified: https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-43032.
When that mechanism is defined, this should be presented in the "usage" section of the logical model page. This is an example of a profile - without the link yet.
When the linking mechanism is defined, this should no longer read:
"This Logical Model Profile is not used by any profiles in this Implementation Guide"
but instead something like
"This Logical Model is implemented by the following profiles:"
