When you have a custom search parameter in a capability statement, the rendering puts in a link to the top level search section of the main resource instead of to that specific search parameter.
For example, with mothersMaidenName on this page: https://build.fhir.org/ig/IHE/ITI.PDQm/branches/match/CapabilityStatement-IHE.PDQm.PatientDemographicsConsumerQuery.html
It links to: http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/patient.html#search instead of: http://hl7.org/fhir/SearchParameter/patient-extensions-Patient-mothersMaidenName
