Also verify https://vsac.nlm.nih.gov/valueset/2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1114.9/expansion is sufficiently comprehensive for COVID.

And consider adding the ability to identify specific organisms in value[x].

What happens when a new test comes out and there isn't a LOINC assigned yet?
