Move Home-Open to infrastructure events #557

Hey @LYTrent ,

Will you be able to add home-open to the ToC / menu? I think you can do that by updating https://github.com/HL7/fhircast-docs/blob/LYTrent-patch-2/sushi-config.yaml

Can you also confirm that the hone-open page conforms to the requirements described here: https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhircast-docs/2-3-Events.html ? For example, I suspect that the capitalization is off. And the specific sections.

With the filename extension, the Home-open Event now appears in the menu. -- https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhircast-docs/branches/LYTrent-patch-2/toc.html
