Figure out how to remove special bundles like history from the ToC #105

History bundles should not be showing in the ToC. The same with Bundles that are only used to contain other conformance or example resources. These bundles should by default not be visible to the reader.

We should figure out how to achieve this

  1. some rule if possible, 1.1. can we make a universal rule? Provenance resources may be history or examples, e.g. in a security IG.
  2. an exclusion or an extension in implementationguide.definition.resource, to indicate which resources should not appear in the ToC / artifact list?
