Given an IG is adding a mapping to a structureDefinition, it would be nice if that mapping had more prominence than the mappings inherited.
a) Allow an IG to indicate to not show any inherited mappings, they can always be discovered by the reader
b) Allow an IG to specify for any SD that the inherited mappings should not be displayed
c) Allow an IG to indicate the IG specific mappings be FIRST on the mapping tab (thus including inherited maps after)
d) Allow an IG to indicate for any SD that the specific mapping be FIRST...
