should we walk the stack to check which version of "base" template is used in e.g. a HL7 FHIR template?

This is now handled on the QA page. However, we want to expand functionality a bit: Templates: hl7.fhir.template#current -> hl7.base.template#current -> fhir.base.template#current

should changes as follows:

'current' should show up as pink (same as IG dependencies)
If listing a specific release that isn't the most recent release (i.e. 'old') should show up as red with the current official release # in brackets behind (similar to IG dependencies)
