Add ExampleScenario rendering to IG base template #174

First iteration - should be similar to HL7 BE template, BUT:

  1. Add the xml/json tabs
  2. Fix the dependency from the nashorn engine (!?)

Further discussion on the rendering is welcome

We agree that this should happen. However, would like to see the draft of what it looks like before merging into the base template. Will need to discuss whether we use multi-version XSLT or encode the logic in Java like other fragments.
