Currently all resources in the IG can be viewed, except the IG itself. We should provide a way, for those who want to see the actual IG as xml/json to view it from within the published IG.

My initial thought is to list it on the artifacts page, with the actual IG page having:

intro
four tabs:
- content, which includes the metadata block and canonical
- xml rendering
- json rendering
- turtle rendering

What would the 'intro' be? The IG resource isn't anything the implementer needs to use or really even know about. What notes could you possibly have? All the text about how to implement should be on IG pages, not on notes about the IG resource. And the metadata for the IG is already in the header and footer of every page...
