Add option to copy to clipboard by using css #197

It would be useful to copy some text in the narrative pages to clipboard, by having the button that was recently introduced.

This could be done by defining a style that would be usable in markdown or xhtml pages. This way, the author simply adds the style and automatically gets the copy button.
