We will change the order so that we have: [page name] - [IG title] [IG version] Will drop the FHIR version

@lmckenzi IG Title is not exposed in the fhir.json We can fetch it from the resources.json but that would be more messy liquid. Can we add ig title to the values in fhir.json?
