Can we add another location for "binary" files that pass through to the output? #233

Currently we use input/images to expose config files for server, http files for testing.. Should we add a input/binaries?

Rather than calling it 'binaries', will call it 'passthru' because it can be used for any source file you just want to propagate into the output. Will also update the documentaiton.
