Using Provenance to sign the entire record vs sign an array

Document manifest would be ideal place to sign provenance; but is removed.

Where the Sidewalk Ends:

add 1 provenance for each record in PHR add 1 provenance for entire record, with 1000+ line items rollup operation that converts 1:1 provenance into a record-wide provenance
