Priority Trivial

Describe the bug The Contributing.md has the Trademark symbol missing in all mentions of HL7 and FHIR. It also has several typos:

• GitHub is written as github in several instances
• Before submitting a bug report should read "... hasn't been dealt..." instead of "hasn't be dealt ..."
• How do I submit BUG -> "In order to create a good bug report, you", the "," is missing
• in the table (Both bug & Feature) -> Who ist the "Who is the"
• How do I submit FEATURE -> "In order to create a good feature request, you" "," is missing
• Issue and Pull request labels -> "before closing the respective issue " "the" is missing
• Naming Conventions -> "In general," "," is missing + "lower-case" not "lower case"
• Documentation of Decisions -> gforge is dead + it's typo "in its ticket tracker tool JIRA"

To Reproduce Open the link. Read. (and copy paste into langaugetool.org like I did).
