Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Since we decided to publish the HL7 Austria IG template on fhir.org we have to change the template id accordingly.

Describe the solution you'd like Use the new template id introduced by https://github.com/HL7Austria/at-fhir-ig-template/pull/4 to the STU2 version of our HL7 Austria FHIR Core IG.
