Describe the bug The name and the email address of the example patient HL7ATCorePatientExample04-Full are not consistent.

To Reproduce n/a

Expected behavior The name in the email address should match the name of the patient for better readability. Proposed change: telecom[=].value = "bucher.andreas@provider.at"

Result from the Ballot Reconciliation: The Email address in HL7ATCorePatientExample04-Full will be changed to "bucher.andreas@provider.at": telecom[=].value = "bucher.andreas@provider.at"
