Profiles+Gastronet+KRG: Remove Lesion from base + Gastronet profile #4

This patch removes DiagnosticReport.result:Lesion from the base and Gastronet Profile.

In addition it makes sure that DiagnosticReport.result:Lesion is still set to mustSupport=true for KRGDiagnosticReport profile.
