VGR saknar möjlighet att ange faktura och swish som betalningsmetod.

From the integration architect who raised the user need in VGR. Are you ok with Swedish or do you want me to translate?

"Vi använder FHIR resurserna PaymentNotice och PaymentReconciliation vid självincheckning för en patient. När en patient använt självincheckningssystemet för att checka in och betala för ett besök, skickas används FHIR resursen PaymentNotice för att leverera information om patientens incheckning och betalning, från självincheckningssystemet till journal/kärnsystemet. FHIR resursen PaymentNotice refererar till en PaymentReconciliation resurs, som innehåller elementet ”method”. I detta element kan man specificera om en betalning gjorts med ”Cash”, ”Credit Card”, ”Check” osv. Dock saknas möjligheten att ange om betalningen utförts med Swish eller faktura."

There have been some scattered discussions on what should be included in the base profiles. PaymentReconciliation is a profile that will possibly have a wide variety of stakeholders/implementers and a level of complexity that will grow quickly if it is to be handled centrally. If we are to include PaymentReconciliation, I believe minimal changes for the swedish scenario would be preferred. But to start handling value set for different payment types seems out of scope for a base profile.
