+bg/view does not fail gracefully when issued from a PC #100

+bg/view , when issued from a nonstaff object, gives the following error:

-1 FUNCTION (huh) NOT FOUND

It should fail gracefully.

I've rewritten the +bg/view code to resolve this issue. It can be seen at:
