Chargen merit explanation length bug #117

Per Morpheus, problem with long explanations for merits.

+set resources=3/Receives a stipend for her research from her sire that supports her lifestyle, as well as rather insubstantial and irregular commission checks for her freelance writing.

Fixed by adding a secure() that should have been in there anyways and a squawk to limit an explanation to 64 chars. It's posted here:
