Mages' Wisdom doesn't show in cgen. This is confirmed by Morpheus NOT to be happening with Humanity, Harmony,or Clarity.
Per Morpheus:
"The issue in 114 is related to +sheet picking up on the stat term in the concept and putting it as the wisdom/humanity/clarity/etc. score because getstat sees the concept /first/ and retrieves that (and is fixed by one of the code bits already on github waiting for review). This is that it is not grabbing the wisdom score even when there is no conflict on the +sheet and is going to require some checking around and won;t be worked on until after the other fix goes in (just in case)."
