+xp/transfer will transfer to unapproved characters #136

+xp/transfer can be used to transfer XP to any character object -- not merely unapproved characters, but also characters that are not even yet in chargen. This may not be a desirable effect.

... I have not been able to test whether it can be used to transfer XP /from/ unapproved characters...
