We have now seen multiple instances of attempts to transfer vitae to ghouls using the +vitae/transfer code resulting in:

Handshake appearing to occur properly The donor's temporary vitae being properly reduced The recipient ghoul's temporary vitae NOT increasing.

This appears to only be occurring in some instances.

Tentative fix emailed to Loki, changes two %qP instances to %# so that it checks the recipient's pool instead of the donor's.
