+job/date command requested #154

LeFay would like a +job/date command that gives the IC date that a job was submitted.

(Or maybe +job/date for the OOC date, and +job/vdate for the IC one?)

It might be better to modify the jobskins to show both OOC and IC date in the job header; that way you're really only changing one (or two, if you make it work for +myjobs too) attributes instead of adding a command.

Then again, the command might be less intrusive, but making people remember more commands seems less graceful.
