` behaving anomalously on comm channels #156

When using ` to target multiple players on coms, it does crazy things: [To: [u(fun_cname,#25061)] and [u(fun_cname,#1135)]]

LeFay reports: "It actually does this any time you have a closing `, even if it's only one target."

closing ` used to work fine. I'd check for regexes in ashcom that might work differently now on 3.9.2?
