Consider rosters in +census #39

It may be desirable to show additional/new rosters in +census that did not exist when +census was created: enchanted mortals, for example.

Snagging this one. I just rewrote +spheres (https://github.com/hmmorpheus/Haunted-Memories/blob/master/softcode/spheres.txt) and while this is not /specifically/ related, as I've added the approved char count to +sphere's, having it in +census is kind of redundant (which reminds me, we also have a +concepts command out there that is identical to +census in content)..

What's changed:

Removes rosters: Ghoul Mage Sighted Vampire Werewolf Wolfblood Changeling Sleepwalker Mortal (All covered by +spheres 2.0)

Adds rosters: Psychic Rotary Street Thaumaturge Unseen-senses

And nicely alphabetizes and that kind of stuff.

One of the things the proposed update would do is move the list data off of #5, an immbit object (it doesn't need to have an immbit). Eliminate a duplicate command (+concepts) tidy up stuff that'd be covered by a different code revamp (+spheres) and add in the stuff requested (additional rosters).
