Currently, spherelocked exits cannot admit people who are not members of the sphere; this causes problems, for instance, with blood-bound thralls, and possibly other cases.
Might be useful to alter the locks system so that we can lock to a sphere and specific players, and get rid of the current sphere-locking process which is rather byzantine.
