Beast Sense +activate #69

This should be a +activate which allows the user to see past Obfuscate the same as Auspex does.

Player's summary: "1 vitae for being able to sense all beasts; even those obfuscated via 3,4,and 5; and a trigger for clash of wills against obf 2." The full Beast Sense writeup is in Belial's Brood, page 130.

This may not be needed, since we're going to be altering how obfuscate works.
