Hallow tass displays apparently random #91

Hallows do not display the actual amount of tass available, but an apparently random number. Given that tass is effectively a form of currency, this should probably be fixed.

Note that we need to discuss the strategy for tass before this changes. Talk to me before you do any work here.

I attempted to play a mage once, and I sucked at it, I never touched on tass during that short period, so tell me how you'd like it to be and I'm more than happy to comply.
