I have coded Crowdin Synchronizer (in https://github.com/burningtnt/crowdin-synchronizer ) to automatically synchronize the translations between GitHub and Crowdin ( https://crowdin.com/project/hello-minecraft-launcher ).

In order not to destroy the work in PR #1950 and #2468 , I decide NOT to deploy this tool on GitHub Action. Therefore, @huanghongxun @Glavo please process these PR first.

By the way, @vanja-san . (Perhaps Vanja-san can't read Chinese fluently without translation tools. Therefore, I writed this in English.)
