[Features] 允许设置更新源 #3060

是否考虑允许设置更新源？ 比如不从curseforge更新（curseforge版本管理很垃，把快照归为1.20.6导致检测更新carpet一直想更新到快照）

或许可以让HMCL在模组文件夹创建和模组同名的.json文件，例如有一个模组叫test.jar就创建一个test.jar.json，然后在json文件里面保存一些关于更新源和是否更新的信息？

这样的话刚好也能解决 #3048 的问题

我发现HMCL会先尝试从Curseforge更新... 可curseforge那速度...
