update hbp #8

My text editor, by default, remove blank spaces, then shows changes on several files.

Update HBP like Harbour default libs will reside on lib/win/mingw or lib/win/mingw64 or lib/win/msvc or lib/win/msvc64 or any other accord compiler Todo: check if any other file depends of previous configuration

Created a hbp container too, to group all hbps.

will create a branch to hbmk2 only, then can finish before merge
