Gold should be able to be used to trade with other civilizations, bribe spies and messengers, and (potentially) instantly buy certain units.

[ ] Gold yields.
[ ] Market improvements.
[ ] Trade routes from markets to cities that generate gold.
[ ] Add bonus/luxury resources.
[ ] Civ trading menu.
[ ] Add bribing.
