Issues with Sample Data: HMISParticipation #1185

The HMISParticipation file from the Sample Data has inconsistencies when compared to either the result of the sample SQL (when run against the "DataLab - 2024 Zips 2023-11-09" data set), or the raw HMISParticipation file.

  1. HMISParticipationID is showing a concatenation of the ProjectID and the go live deadline (23Oct01), rather than the actual ID value.
  2. There are some instances where HMISParticipationType is a 0, rather than a 1, or vice versa. Examples: the records associated with ProjectID 952, 1385, 1449, 1614, and 1723.
  3. The majority of the HMISParticipationStatusStartDate values are different.
  4. All of the DateCreated and DateUpdated values are showing as "2023-10-01 00:00:00", rather than their appropriate values.
