Hi @MollyMcEvilley ,

ResidentialAffiliation is missing for ProjectID = 1492.

According to HMIS CSV, null ResidentialAffiliation is not allowed for ProjectType = 6 and (ProjectType = 13 and RRHSubType = 1):
