A question about ProjectCoC InformationDate restriction #1216

Hi @MollyMcEvilley , @JulesABrown ,

I wonder if we need a ProjectCoC restriction that InformationDate <= [report end date] and InformationDate <= [project end date] (if any).

There is no any restriction by InformationDate now: image
