Sample Code 3.4.1: issue after changes made under #1326 #1335

Hi @MollyMcEvilley,

Under #1326 you made some changes that affected 3.4.1 logic:

After the update the cases where ExitDate = LookbackDate are excluded, but they were valid for the prev version of the Sample Code, and are still valid according to the Spec.

Could you please take a look?

I have to walk back the LEAST/GREATEST changes, which I am very sad about, but I am going to update Section 3.4 to "ExitDate > LookbackDate" to be consistent with tlsa_HHID (section 3.3), which says:
