Would be nice to allow the running of game environments like Tron_Environment.py and the submitting of bots from an IDE.

Targeted IDEs:

[ ] Xcode
[ ] BlueJ
[ ] Visual Studio
[ ] Makefile
[ ] Atom

I believe that @Sydriax told me that the command line will be necessary for maze. If so, this becomes MVP for September 5th.

Won't be necessary for September b/c there will be no command line required.
