Add PhotoReader Kotlin example

use latest Gradle version and android gradle plugin
optimise all layouts
optimise code implementation of MainActivity, ReadPhotoActivity and CapturePhotoActivity
use vector drawable and support dark mode
encapsulate lensengine classes in an own module

TODOs for the future

make all samples use encapsulated lensengine module to avoid code duplication
introduce Camerax API for SDK over 21 in lensengine module
upgrade all example's Gradle plugin to use the latest version
