Cleanup all Gradle files in project and fix build errors #58

Remove all nested build.gradle, gradle.settings wraper files. Unify all project to use latest Android Gradle plugin. Add missing Junit dependencies.

Make ./gradlew build execution successful from root folder

The Gradle files are very messed up. I clean up by using this practise.
