Build a 'Filter' drop-down page #73

When the "filter" button, displayed on the top right, is pressed, a page displays like so:

Note: There should also be a tick-box for 'Portable', underneath the 2 tick boxes on the wireframe above.

These tick boxes should allow for multiple ticks- i.e. you can tick more than one box.

This is according to client feedback in #35

One tickbox will be available to be selected from:

Large trailer requires a car Small trailer can be pushed Portable ...with a toggle box for unknown.

Unknown slipways, if displayed, will show yellow markers as specified in #35

-If Portable is selected, Portable, Small and Large slipways will be displayed -If Small is selected, Small and Large slipways will be displayed -if Large is selected, only Large slipways will be displayed

Right now it looks like this, we have to do more styling later of course. Is this a good direction?
