WebDAV test suite (litmus) gives abyssmal results.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start PyWebDAV server.
2. Install and run the litmus WebDAV test suite.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Numerous tests fail, only around 75% pass.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.9.4 on Ubuntu.

Please provide any additional information below.

I will be providing a series of patches to address each failed test.

Fixed to make 85% tests run - PROPPATCH and some lock features would need more 
work. Feel free to submit patches.
