V2 endpoints #27

Changed endpoints to use v2. Added properties to allow implicit flow support.

Hi @HNeukermans,

I had meant to merge the branch back to the fork master is all. Most of the stuff I changed, like the v2 endpoint and sessionStorage vs. localStorage may not be useful for you. I could reopen and let you make that decision if you like.

Yeah cool, if you can, just reopen it. I will take a look, at what parts I can use...
