Place the started transaction in the cache #135

  1. The user prepares the transaction
  2. After switch to another application, transaction in the HODLER wallet is interrupted and goes back to the first step.

How to resolve this issue:

  1. Keep the started transaction in cache.
  2. Remove it after sending.
